F-14A from VF-24 just prior to the squadron's disestablishment. To celebrate their last months of operation VF-24 painted this jet in a similar scheme to that worn by their 1970's aircraft. This aircraft took part in the 1996 airshow at NAS Miramar and was flown to the NSFWS at NAS Fallon the following day.
