You can reach Ilieni by train or by car. For RILW foreign participants it will be some travel facilities between Bucharest-Otopeni and Ilieni, as well as between Cluj-Napoca and Ilieni.

At the initiative of the Ilieni reformat priest B. Kató, it was build in Ilieni a nice and modern Christian Youth Center. This Center is, in our opinion, the best place for an workshop as RILW.

The Christian Youth Center Ilieni is supported by the Foundation for Youth and Deacony (KIDA) which operates in the Transylvania District of the Reformed Church. This Foundation wants to help in the rebuilding of youth work and deacony on the basis of Christian values. The Center (which was inaugurated in 1992) has been built and furnished with the help of donations from Romania and abroad. It is open all year round. For about 60% of the time it is at the disposal of parishes and church institutions; the remaining 40% are filled by courses, conferences, lectures and meetings organized by the Center itself.

The directors of the Center would like to enhance the international character of the Center and hope to keep 25% of the bookings for the groups from abroad. The guests from other countries help to subsidize the participation of young people from Romania through slightly higher fees. The Center wants to enable people of various nations to meet here. They can discuss and work out solutions for the problems of our time from a Christian point of view. Other concerns are training and education of young Christians and the improvement of the relations between people of different origins, denomination and ethnic groups.

The KIDA Christian Youth Center from Ilieni is an activity center with two seminar halls and technical opportunities such projectors, a small meeting room and a library.

Exhibitions can be organized in upper and lower small foyer, also.

Besides conference activities, it also provides a warm atmosphere that can meet the accommodation requirements with the comfort of a three star romanian hotel.

A joint conference on mathematics, of the 'Eötvös Loránd' University from Budapest and 'Babes-Bolyai' University of Cluj-Napoca, take place periodically here since 1993. In this year, it will be in June, 2-8, a week before RILW.

We suppose to have a reliable Internet access at the workshop due to the kind cooperation with the Educational Center from Miercurea Ciuc (CEMC), and HotSoft ISP from Tg.Mures.

All secretariat and desk top publishing facilities are expected from the Computer Press Agora Center, CODECS, and Institute for Isotopic and Molecular Technology.
