Please send your correspondences preferable by e-mailThe extended abstract (maximum 500 words) to be received by February 28, 1997 for reviewVendors are also invited to submit articles for a special exhibition on products and toolsThe program board may suggest you a poster presentation instead of a paper one

Format:

Full paper files can be prepared with Latex, Win Word, or Word Perfect, using 1.3 spaced A4 pages with 1" margins and 11 point (CG Times or Tms Roman) fontFor WP or Word file, please encode it by uuencode or binhex, for e-mail transfer.

 

PREREGISTRATION

The number of participants being limited please preregister, by a simple e-mail message, as soon as possible (as paper or poster presenter, as vendor or as attendee).


REGISTRATION FEES

For accepted paper presentations the registration fees will be covered by the RILW organizers.; For an accepted poster presenter the fee is 60 DM.; For an accepted attendee - 100 DM.; For a vendor the fee is 300 DM. The fees include cost of soft drinks, dinner, social activities, the Volume of Abstracts and the Proceedings of the Workshop.



USEFUL INFORMATION

  • The Workshop will take place at a Christian Youth Center (CYC) in a small village called Ilieni, near Brasov
  • A good working place with all accommodation features, at a medium level
  • The number of participants is limited to 50

  • You can participate in the workshop as a paper presenter, poster presenter, exhibitor or as an attendee.

  • Full accommodation will be provided at the CYC by the workshop organizer at a lower charge (39 DM./day)

  • The working languages of the workshop will be English.

  • The registration deadline and paper abstract submission and-or poster description is 28 February 1997.
    Notification of abstracts or poster acceptance will be made by 15 March 1997 via e-mail or fax.
    The whole text of the accepted papers and posters will be placed in the workshop presentation book and CD if received by the symposium secretariat before 14 April 1996All the workshop materials, correspondences, abstracts, notes and registered comments and discussions will be placed in the RILW Home Web page:
