Adriatic Sea - May 7, 1999. A Grumman F-14A Tomcat of the Fighting Fourteen "TopHatters" (VF-14) sits on jack stands during maintenance in the USS Theodore Rosevelt (CVN-71) Hangar Bay. Theodore Roosevelt and its embarked carrier air wing (CVW-8) are participating in air strikes in Yugoslavia in support of support of NATO-led Operation Allied Force.
