Arming the Sidewinder!
The Mediterranean Sea, June 1, 1999. A VF-14 Aviation Ordnanceman aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt arms an AIM-9 Sidewinder missile just before the launch of the F-14 aircraft (AJ200) carrying the missile. Theodore Roosevelt and her accompanying airwing are operating in support of NATO's Operation Allied Force.
