May 29, 1999, aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Aviation Ordnancemen from squadron VF-14 work to mount a LANTIRN (Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night) POD on a Tophatters'  Grumman F-14A Tomcat on the flight deck.
